Abhayam does not charge a fee for registration or for availing any coordination or volunteer service.
Once a service request is raised, Abhayam's secretary/coordinator will contact the beneficiary or their family to confirm the details of the visit. At the time of this confirmation call, the beneficiary or their family may inform the coordinator if they wish to cancel or reschedule the request.
Where a donor makes a voluntary donation to support Abhayam's work, such donations are separate from the act of availing services and are non-refundable, except in the case of a duplicate transaction or a genuine processing error, which should be reported to Abhayam promptly for review.
