Information is shared only with the Abhayam coordinator and the assigned volunteer to the extent necessary to deliver the service. Abhayam does not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Information may be shared with hospital staff, where necessary to coordinate the beneficiary's visit or as required by law.
Abhayam takes reasonable measures to keep your information secure and to restrict access to only those coordinators and volunteers directly involved in delivering the service to you.
You may contact Abhayam at any time to review the information we hold about you, request corrections, or request that your information be removed from our records, subject to any records we are required to retain by law.
By registering with Abhayam, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy. Abhayam collects, stores and uses your information as per the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
